One fine August day, yellow wildflowers had taken over a local road. I grabbed my camera and my bicycle and made my way into the yellow. It was an amazing morning, sunny, warm, and clear. This tiger swallow tail butterfly was just one of the images I captured that day.
What struck me about this image was the butterfly’s wings. They were worn and a little ragged however they were still beautiful. And the butterfly was moving from flower to flower as though the season was still new. It seemed like there was a life lesson here somewhere. Like live your life and forget your age.
