No! At Easel Street Alliance, shipping is free.

All artworks sold on ESA can be shipped within the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii.

***All artwork sold through Easel Street Alliance comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Once your artwork is delivered to your home, you will have fourteen (14) days to examine it and notify us of a return. If you wish to return the art, you may do so for a full refund of the purchase price minus the handling fee.

Please note:  

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Art must be returned in its original packaging including all accompanying certificates. 
  • Return shipments must be arranged through Easel Street Alliance.  Requests received outside the stated return period of (14) days will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment, once the artist receives the artwork.
  • eGift Cards and Gift Cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
  • Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase. 
  • Returned item must be received within (30) days of the delivery date.

ESA offers the choice of an emailed gift certificate or a mailed card. You will find the option of buying a gift card at the top of any page, or at Check Out.

All artists and artisans selling their artwork on ESA live in the U.S.A. The art is all original and many of the artworks you will see on the Easel Street Alliance website, www.esacharityart.org, has not been offered for sale outside of the artist’s local area.

All artwork will be shipped from the artist’s home. City and State of each artist will be displayed with each artwork.

Easel Street Alliance requires artwork to be paid in full, at the time of purchase, for the sale to be final and marked as sold. We provide multiple forms of secure payment, including major credit cards and PayPal.

We ship through most of the common carriers that provide services in the USA. Ie. USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL etc. We try to keep the shipping cost down and will try to utilize the least expensive, reliable service.

All artwork is shipped within 3 days of your order. You will be notified, by Email, from ESA, as to the shipping carrier, the tracking number and the projected date of arrival.

As each artist has different policies, please ask the artist. Next to each piece of art for sale, there is a Ask-the-Artist button.

Each piece of art is unique, one of a kind, using different materials and finishes. It is best to ask the artist. Next to each piece of art for sale, there is a Ask-the-Artist button.

All artwork sold on ESA comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from the artist. ESA sells only original artwork from U.S. artists and artisans.

Each artist at ESA decides the number of their limited editions and the size they come in and will post them with their ads.

If you really like an artist/artisan’s work, but, have another idea in mind, by all means, ask them if they will do a commission for you. Use the Ask-the-Artist button on their ad.

Once you have made a purchase, we will notify the artist. As soon as we have notification of a shipper and expected arrival date, we will email you “Congratulations on your Purchase of Original Artwork”, that will give you all the information you will need prior to the arrival of your art.

You, or someone you trust, must sign for the package when it arrives.

Each artist wraps their artwork for shipping, painstakingly making sure it will ship safely to you and insured. That being said, as good as something is protected, there can be times when damage happens. We have made an information sheet on what to do when you receive your artwork, which you will receive by email, prior to the arrival of your artwork.

You must sign for your art upon delivery. If upon delivery you notice the exterior box is damaged, do not accept the delivery, if you can, take a picture and notify us immediately.

The art is packaged to protect it during shipping so slight imperfections to exterior box may not affect the art.
