This beautiful peacock refused to come close to me for a picture. I ended up snapping a picture from a distance. Years later I shared my pictures of peacocks with a new friend from Pennsylvania and he suggested that I paint a series of peacock. This peacock, which I have rendered up close despite its elusiveness at the time, is the first peacock in the series. All prints in this series come already mounted on mat boards (11 x 14 inches).
