Refund and Return Policy
All artwork sold through Easel Street Alliance comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Once your artwork is delivered to your home, you will have fourteen (14) days to examine it and notify us of a return. If you wish to return the art, you may do so for a full refund of the purchase price minus the handling fee paid at the time of purchase.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Art must be returned in its original packaging including all accompanying certificates.
- Return shipments must be arranged through Easel Street Alliance. Requests received outside the stated return period of (14) days will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment, once the artist receives the artwork.
- eGift Cards and Gift Cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
- Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase.
- Returned item must be received within (30) days of the delivery date.
